Position Overview
The Ministry sought applications for the post of Provincial Field Officer to support provincial outreach, client follow-up, welfare coordination, and district-facing ministry service delivery work in Mashonaland East.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate ministry programme implementation at provincial and district level.
- Support veteran registration, benefits administration, and welfare follow-up.
- Liaise with district offices and provincial government structures.
- Prepare provincial field activity reports and data submissions.
- Facilitate community outreach and public education on ministry services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Development Studies, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in field services or community development.
- Knowledge of veterans affairs legislation and government service delivery.
- Valid Zimbabwe driver's licence is mandatory.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel extensively within the province.
