Manages timely and accurate processing of payments for goods and services across the ministry, ensuring all disbursements align with approved budget allocations.
- Make payments for goods and services on behalf of the Ministry
- Facilitate mobilisation of funds and disbursements to Departments and agencies
- Prepare and submit Statutory financial returns to Accounting Officer, Treasury and Auditor General
Financial Reporting & Compliance
Maintains accurate financial records, prepares statutory returns, and updates Accounting Officer Instructions to ensure full transparency and compliance with public finance regulations.
- Prepare and submit Statutory financial returns to Accounting Officer, Treasury and Auditor General
- Maintain correct records and registers of all financial accounts
- Draft and update the Accounting Officer's Instructions
- Provide financial advisory services to Ministry
