Sub-Unit 01

Policy & Planning

Coordinates the formulation and development of the Ministry's strategic plans and annual work plans, ensuring alignment to national development priorities and government strategy.

Align the Ministry's strategic plan to the national strategy
Coordinate strategic planning workshops and consultative processes
Develop annual operational plans aligned to ministry strategic objectives
Provide policy analysis and strategic guidance across all departments

Sub-Unit 02

CM&E

Develops and manages monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks that track ministry performance against strategic targets and service delivery commitments.
