Position Overview
Applications are invited for the post of ICT Support Technician to support user systems, digital access services, and frontline technical coordination for ministry platforms and internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain ICT equipment across ministry offices.
- Support the ministry website and internal digital platforms.
- Maintain an ICT asset register and service log.
- Liaise with vendors and internet service providers on technical matters.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
