Project Overview
A completed infrastructure improvement programme that rehabilitated and refurbished provincial ministry offices across Zimbabwe to improve service delivery conditions, accessibility, and working environments for ministry field staff and clients.
Objectives
- Rehabilitate and refurbish ministry provincial offices across all 10 provinces.
- Improve client service delivery conditions and accessibility.
- Provide adequate workspace for provincial field officers and staff.
- Upgrade ICT infrastructure and connectivity in provincial offices.
- Establish a consistent visual identity and ministry branding in all locations.
Impact & Outcomes
Rehabilitation works completed in 8 provincial offices. Over 60 staff benefited from improved working conditions. Client service delivery points improved across 4 provinces. Ministry branding and signage updated at all locations.
