The ministry described the Chimoio Shrine developments as an important marker in the national effort to preserve liberation heritage and honour the memory of those who sacrificed for independence.
By linking remembrance infrastructure with public communication, the ministry continues to position memorialisation as both a heritage responsibility and a living part of national identity.
The story also reinforces the role of the ministry in communicating heritage progress to citizens, veterans, and younger generations who rely on public institutions to preserve liberation history.
