The Ministry of Veterans of the Liberation Struggle Affairs exists to ensure that the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives, comfort, and futures in pursuit of national independence are duly recognised, respected, and supported. The Ministry of Veterans of the Liberation Struggle Affairs was established in\n 1997 as a Department under the Office of the President and Cabinet to cater for\n the Welfare of War Veterans. It took over responsibilities of welfare services for\n War Veterans from the Ministry of Social Welfare. Over the years the Ministry\n went through various organisational changes which were aimed at improving\n service delivery for Veterans of the liberation Struggle. The Ministry was re\nestablished on 11 September 2023.\n Our mandate as per constitutional and legal provisions focuses on administering\n statutory entitlements to the following categories:<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
